  1. Technical Director

    Sept 2024 — Present

    Venice Church — Los Angeles, CA

    • Lead live production direction using Wirecast, YouTube Studio, and Blackmagic Studio Cameras for seamless, high-quality broadcasts.
    • Execute advanced video editing workflows in Adobe Premiere Pro, maintaining rigorous post-production standards.
    • Oversee configuration, deployment, and maintenance of camera rigs including Canon DSLR and cinema cameras.
    • Design digital assets and promotional materials in Adobe Photoshop with brand consistency.
    • Configure and program Chroma Q Vista lighting consoles to create dynamic, immersive environments.
  2. Systems Installer

    Visual Trend Creative — San Diego, CA

    • Pulled, terminated, and tested XLR, TS, TRS, CAT6, and SDI cabling; performed soldering and precision terminations for reliable signal integrity.
    • Replicated proprietary personal-monitoring network switch functionality (ME-U, Powerplay, Aviom) to reduce system costs while maintaining performance.
    • Programmed and optimized Allen & Heath, Behringer, and Yamaha digital consoles for FOH, monitor, and broadcast applications.
    • Assembled, addressed, and configured large-format LED wall panels, ensuring accurate pixel mapping and seamless visual performance.
    • Mounted, addressed, and tested fixtures from American DJ, Chauvet, Martin, and Betopper for stage and architectural applications.
    • Installed, routed, and configured Chroma-Q Vista lighting consoles and programmed lighting networks for dynamic stage environments.

    • Provided expert engineering support across audio, lighting, and video for live and recorded productions.

    • Soldered and terminated XLR, TS, TRS, CAT6, and SDI cabling for audio and video infrastructure.

    • Developed and led a team of nine engineers, guiding each from intern to fully trained staff member.
    • Managed a company card with a monthly limit increase and prepared expense reports in Nexonia for senior executives.
